When we began looking for a builder in 2012.

The first reason drawn to Prairie Aire and Scott was because his homes looked to be well-constructed, and built with a quality and attention to detail that only someone with a true passion for his work would produce.  

Secondly, and probably most importantly, we felt as if Scott would be open, honest, and our partner through the construction process.

We began construction with Scott in the fall of 2012, and moved in to our home in June of 2013.

Throughout the process Scott was receptive to our ideas. He listened, understood our objectives, and at times talked us out of some things that we thought were really good ideas.  We appreciated that most because we came to know that Scott would work hard to please us, but at the same time has years of experience understanding what works and what doesn’t work well.

If we were going to make a mistake, Scott helped us understand why and what we could do for alternatives that would allow us to accomplish what we wanted to by taking a different approach.

We have been in our home for almost two years now, and we are amazed by the fact that there really are not any significant items that we would do differently.  That’s a great testament to Scott taking to time to understand our goals, and then helping us realize them.

We can honestly say that if we ever build another home I won’t spend all of the time I did this time in selecting the right builder.  

The right builder built our current home.  We can recommend Scott and Prairie Aire without hesitation, and they will build our next home as well.
